3.1 第一篇
Good morning, respected professors!
My name is Li Ming. I come from Henan Province. In this coming June I will finish my four-year undergraduate learning in Law School of Zhengzhou University. As a law student, I am very glad to be here to have this interview, because Renmin University is my childhood dream.
To talk about my college years, I believe I have done much effort in studying my major. As a freshman, I participated a moot court competition held by my school and won the second prize. It was a precious experience from which I learned how to make case analysis, how to prepare legal documents and the most important, how to defend myself in the court. From then on, I gradually became fascinated with my major, especially the economic law field.
Apart from this competition, I also took a two-month internship in a law office in Zhengzhou last summer vacation. I thought highly of this internship because it taught the lesson that life is the best teacher, at least the most impressive one.
Honestly speaking, I am a person of diligence and perseverance. From my junior year, I set a plan for reading books each semester. Though I have finished reading some books and periodicals, my knowledge of this field is still at a superficial level, and so I decide to pursue my postgraduate study in this university.
If I am lucky enough to be enrolled by this university, I will focus on my study and try my best to form a systemic view of economic law, making good preparations for my future career.

我叫李明。我來自河南省。在即將到來的六月里，我將在鄭州大學法學院完成四年的本科學習。作為一名法律系學生，我很高興來到這里參加面試，因為人民大學是我童年夢想的學校。
談到我的大學生活，我相信在專業知識的學習方面，我已經做了很多努力。大一那年，我參加了學校舉辦的模擬法庭比賽，并獲得了二等獎。這是一個寶貴的經歷，因為從中我學會了如何做案例分析，如何準備法律文件，最重要的是如何在法庭上進行辯護。從那時起，我逐漸對我的專業，特別是經濟法領域產生了濃厚的興趣。
除了這次比賽，去年暑假我還在鄭州的一家律師事務所實習了兩個月。我高度評價這次實習，因為它教會了我這樣一個道理——生活是最好的老師，至少是最令人印象深刻的老師。老實說，我是一個勤奮和有毅力的人。從大三開始，我就制定了每學期的讀書計劃。雖然我已經讀了一些書籍和期刊，但我對這一領域的理解還不夠深入，所以我決定在這所大學攻讀研究生。
如果我有幸被這所大學錄取，我將集中精力學習，努力讓自己形成一個系統的經濟法學觀，為我今后的職業生涯做好準備。謝謝！
3.2 第二篇
Good morning, my honorable professors!
It’s my great honor to stand here for this Interview. First, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Li Ming. I come from Shandong Province. I major in lawin Qingdao University. These days I have been preparing for this interview, and I hope I can perform well today.
During the last four years, I have gained some basic knowledge on law. From the course of Mass Media Law, I learned that new technologies of mass communication have changed the traditional ways of communication, which brings about many new
kinds of media infringements. Since mass communication is becoming more and more important in our daily life, the study and development of mass media law is of crucial value. That’s why I choose media law as my major.
Furthermore, I took part in an internship in my sophomore year in an e-commerce company as a legal assistant for about two months. This social experience gave me an chance to put the knowledge I had learned from books into practice. After two months’practice, I can check some simple contracts by myself.
Generally speaking, I am warm-hearted and right-minded. In the future, I would like to be a lawyer. But I know what I have learned is not enough for me to be a qualified lawyer. Therefore, I make up my mind to further my postgraduate learning in this university which is famous for so many excellent teachers and the strong academic atmosphere.
I hope I can have the chance to further my postgraduate learning here, and I promise I will spare no effort to study. Thank you very much.

我很榮幸能站在這里接受采訪。首先，請允許我自我介紹一下。我叫李明。我來自山東省。我在青島大學主修法律。這些天我一直在為這次面試做準備，我希望今天我能表現好。
在過去的四年里，我學到了一些基本的法律知識。從《大眾傳播法》的課程中，我了解到大眾傳播的新技術改變了傳統的傳播方式，但是隨之而來的是很多新的媒體侵權行為。隨著大眾傳播在我們的日常生活中越來越重要，對其規律的研究和發展也越來越具有重要的價值。這就是為什么我選擇傳媒法作為我的專業。
此外，大二的時候，我在一家電子商務公司實習了大約兩個月，擔任法務助理。這個寶貴的經歷讓我把從書本中學到的知識能夠付諸實踐。經過兩個月的練習，我已經可以獨立審核一些簡單的合同。
總的來說，我是一個熱心和正直的人。將來，我想成為一名律師。但我知道當下來說，我的知識儲備不足以支撐我做一名合格的律師。因此，我決定在這所大學繼續深造，因為這里有眾多優秀的教師和濃厚的學術氛圍。
我希望我有機會在這里繼續深造，并且我保證我將不遺余力地投入到學習之中。非常感謝！
